T.J. Alladin is a seasoned professional with a rich background in business development and consulting. With over a decade of experience, T.J. has successfully built and managed initiatives across various sectors, including technology, sports, arts, and culture. At Common Impact, T.J. Alladin serves as a Business Development Consultant building cross-sector collaborations. T.J. holds both an MSc and an MBA, bringing a robust background in research and data science to her business development expertise.
Currently, T.J. also consults for the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), where she works closely with corporate partners to design tailored engagement programs and optimize their investment strategies. Additionally, T.J. consults for various non-profits in the arts and culture sectors to expand capacity and ensure longevity. Prior to joining NCWIT, T.J. worked for the NBA’s Basketball Africa League. In this role, she led partnerships and sponsorships, notably working with Hennessy, the Attorney General Alliance, and Open Society Foundations to support for the league’s initiatives in Senegal, Egypt, and Rwanda. She also had the unique opportunity to collaborate with Real Madrid FC, researching innovative strategies to enhance fan engagement through advanced technology.
Born into an Indo- and Afro-immigrant family from Guyana, T.J. brings a unique and diverse perspective to her work, informed by her cultural heritage. In her spare time, she enjoys surfing, playing the harp, and practicing aerial yoga.
