Bridget Neibergall currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance for Digital Products and Services at Novant Health, an eight-billion-dollar, not-for-profit health system headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She partners with Corporate Finance and Technology leadership to oversee an expense portfolio for the comprehensive IT function.
Bridget has utilized a blend of financial and technology acumen to excel in healthcare, financial and government settings over her 17+ year career. She began her career at Novant Health in 2015 within Novant Health’s former shared services consulting practice, and has held roles in implementation, strategy, business office operations and finance.
Bridget is integral to Novant Health’s business transformation initiatives – she was a key contributor to securing board approval for the modernization of corporate business functions and the consolidation of clinical and revenue cycle technologies. She has managed both multi-million-dollar investment prioritization and cost reduction efforts to align technology initiatives to organizational strategy.
Bridget holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign. She was the proud recipient of the TechLX Leader Amongst Leaders within her 2022 cohort and a former volunteer with Apparo, an organization that connects nonprofits with technology expertise and resources.
