Senior Manager of Partnerships

she/her/hers

There is so much growth and innovation in the social impact sector right now. It’s incredible to be able to contribute in a meaningful way. I’m excited to create opportunities for others to be involved in this movement.

As the Senior Manager of Partnerships, Laura brings over a decade’s worth of experience building cross-sector relationships between corporate and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining the Common Impact team, Laura worked with GrowNYC to strategize and implement composting and recycling systems throughout an emerging network of zero-waste schools. Most recently, Laura oversaw the creation of workshops and provided tailored capacity-building support to community park groups at Partnerships for Parks. She has also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine and supported entrepreneurial and English-language skill-building of student-athletes in her work with SEED Project Senegal.

Laura earned an MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and a BA in International Studies from Elon University. She enjoys challenging herself with new sewing projects and spending time in her local parks with a book in hand.
