An industry veteran with over 30 years experience leading sales and services teams in both privately held and publicly traded software companies, Chris is passionate about developing people and teams who provide remarkable customer experiences.  He currently consults and serves as a fractional CRO and CCO for innovative SaaS companies.   

Chris served as Chief Customer Officer at both Sprypoint and Kantata, Inc. (AKKR portfolio company), as well as SVP of Services at both ACI Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIW) and Kofax, Inc. (NASDAQ: KFX).  Chris started his career at Accenture after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.
