An industry veteran with over 30 years experience leading services teams in both privately held and publicly traded software companies, Chris is passionate about developing people and teams who provide remarkable customer experiences. At Sprypoint Chris leads our professional services, customer success, and training teams. Prior to joining Sprypoint, Chris was Chief Customer Officer at Kantata, Inc. (AKKR portfolio company) and SVP of Services at both ACI Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIW) and Kofax, Inc. (NASDAQ: KFX). Chris started his career at Accenture after receiving his Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.
