Allison joined Common Impact 3 years ago as a Part Time Virtual Assistant to the leadership team. Most recently she joined Common Impact full time as an Associate, HR & Operations. Although she just joined the team in her new role as an Associate HR and Operations, she has a Hospitality background where she worked in Operations working closely with out-of-town guests and VIP guests. In her time in Hospitality, Allison moved into Human Resources in a Hotel/Co Working Space that provided an environment for members to create positive change and meet individual passions and goals.
Allison has a degree in Business Administration in addition to a certification in Hospitality Management. She started her hospitality journey at the Hudson Hotel as a hostess. Soon after, she was recruited by the Refinery Hotel as a Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor, where she eventually landed a role on the Operations team as a direct report to the General Manager. Lastly, The Assemblage Hotel is where she worked as a Human Resources Manager, A property with 79 units and just as many employees. Allison grew up in New Jersey and now resides in Brooklyn for the past 9 years, along with her husband and 2 daughters. Outside of work, Allison has a passion for cooking and creating days with her family that build great memories.
While working in the non-profit sector is new to Allison, she looks forward to using her previous knowledge and skill set to bring in positivity and creativity and be a valued team member at Common Impact.
