Rachel is the Vice President of Global Social Responsibility at Blackbaud, a leading technology company that offers solutions for social good organizations. She built the practice from the ground up, relying on expertise she gained in over two decades of working at the intersection of the business world and the nonprofit sector.
In addition to leading how the company gives back and engages its employees as Agents of Good, Rachel head’s the firm’s ESG initiatives, serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council, and chairs the Senior Women’s Leadership Council. She is the co-host of sgENGAGE, a thought leadership platform for the nonprofit sector, and has been focused on bringing CSR and pro bono programs to small and medium enterprises. “Purpose is not just for the big guys,” she says.
Rachel is a Past Chair of The Giving Institute and serves on the board of the Blackbaud Giving Fund. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College and a Master’s in Journalism from the University of Missouri Columbia. Rachel resides in Charleston, SC.
