CSR industry veteran takes on leadership role to enhance
skills-based volunteer programs and inspire community impact

Hutchisson brings a proven track record of building and scaling initiatives that drive results in corporate philanthropy, social responsibility, and nonprofit landscapes.
Under Hutchisson’s leadership, Common Impact will continue fostering purposeful partnerships, empower nonprofits to leverage corporate skills for greater impact, elevate the importance of people and skills-based volunteering initiatives, and collaborate with partners to ensure continued support and development in the ever-changing landscape. Her appointment signals the organization’s ongoing commitment to ensuring a bright future for businesses, nonprofits, and communities.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Hutchisson has worked across the corporate and nonprofit sectors to create meaningful, lasting change. As the former vice president of global social responsibility at Blackbaud, Hutchisson led the company to receive notable honors, including recognition from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Newsweek, for its leadership in philanthropy and corporate social responsibility.

In addition to being an active board member for Common Impact, her extensive board experience includes leadership roles with Procure Impact, The Generosity Commission, The Giving Insitute, The Association of Fundraising Professionals, and more, where she has contributed expertise in branding, fundraising, strategy, and governance. Her ability to navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders and position programs for success will be a tremendous asset in her role as CEO. This skill set will be invaluable as she leads Common Impact in strengthening cross-sector partnerships, supporting CSR initiatives, and advancing its commitment to social good.
