Alex Sullivan

Alex Sullivan is the Head of Plan Sponsor Experience for Manulife Global Retirement. In her career with John Hancock/Manulife, Alex has held various functional and business roles in Finance, Technology, Program Management and Product Ownership. Her latest role focuses on improving digital customer experiences for plan sponsor customers globally across Manulife’s Retirement businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, good wine and spending quality time with friends and family. Alex lives in Southern California with her husband and two boys, ages 6 & 3.
