Rahbe is a skilled professional with diverse expertise, including social justice pedagogy, adult learning & development theory, facilitation, DEI strategic planning, and program/project management. With eleven years of experience in successfully facilitating DEI workshops and training, Rahbe has significantly impacted organizations in the USA, France, and Tanzania. Rahbe began his career as an AmeriCorps member, providing vital support to programs addressing food insecurity, ESOL, homelessness intervention, HIV/AIDS prevention/intervention, and juvenile expungement services in New Jersey. Inspired by these experiences, Rahbe continues working with various organizations to embed equity and inclusion practices for employees and clients.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Rahbe enjoys roller skating, traveling, and practicing French. He holds a BA in English & Africana Studies from Rutgers University, an M.Ed in Social Justice Education from UMass Amherst, and an MBA in Management from the University of the People.
