Through the work we do at Common Impact, I believe we can inspire, empower, and connect people to change the world.

Ena Lebel joins the Common Impact team as a Project Consultant. In this role, Ena serves Common Impact’s mission of building stronger communities by facilitating relationships between nonprofits and corporations through skills-based volunteerism.

Ena is an attorney with over a decade of legal experience serving clients in the private and social sectors on transactional, corporate governance, and general legal issues. She also has experience in management consulting. During her legal and business career, Ena has served nonprofit organizations, multi-national corporations, large financial institutions, small business owners, schools, municipal entities, mid-sized companies, and individuals – all with the goal of ultimately enabling her clients to be successful.

Ena has a passion for public service and giving back to the community. Currently, she serves as Board President of Healthy Start, Inc., a nonprofit whose mission is to improve maternal and child health and to reduce infant mortality and low birth weight in babies in western Pennsylvania. Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Women’s Law Project, the only public interest law center in Pennsylvania devoted to the rights of women and girls.

Ena went to American University’s Washington College of Law for law school and to the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School for her undergraduate degree. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, daughter, and son. Ena believes that the work we do at Common Impact inspires, empowers, and connects people to change the world.
