Lauren Savage joins the Common Impact team as a Project Consultant. In this role, Lauren serves Common Impact’s mission of building a stronger community by facilitating the relationships between non-profits and corporations through skills-based volunteerism.
Lauren brings years of program expertise to Common Impact. Her passion for non-profit and corporate partnerships was fueled during her years of service with the State Street Foundation. During that time, she evaluated non-profit grant request through the execution of due diligence, research, financial evaluation and site visits. The powerful social impact of the non-profit and corporate partnerships was clear and her drive to continue work in this area has brought her to Common Impact.
Prior to her time at Common Impact, Lauren worked as a Senior Vice President at State Street Corporation. Throughout her career she led the execution and implementation of global programs. Her expertise includes Information Technology, IT Risk and Compliance and Third-Party Risk program management. She enjoys bringing teams together to serve a common mission and achieve impactful and lasting change.
Lauren has a B.S. from Northeastern University in Organizational Communication and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). She currently volunteers with the Social Innovation Forum and Year Up.
