Allen Carney is a B2B technology marketing and sales executive and Common Impact's Vice Board Chair. He is currently President of PhaseSeven Marketing, a consulting practice that offers marketing strategy and execution, targeting technology companies who seek to improve the performance of their assets. Recent clients are in the software, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.
Past responsibilities include VP of Product Marketing, Kofax, VP Marketing 170 Systems, VP Marketing and Business Development, NMS Communications, VP International Marketing, Lotus Development Corporation, VP European Operations, Atex, and Classified Sales Manager, The Boston Globe.
Allen has an executive MBA from Babson College, a Bachelor of Arts from Yale College, and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy. He speaks fluent French and Spanish and is an avid fisherman. Allen also works as a business coach for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), and a judge for MassChallenge.
