Associate Director, Field Building
As Associate Director of Field-Building, Molly leads Common Impact’s field-building department, which builds out new models and services that accelerate Common Impact’s ability to support communities through strategic skills-based volunteerism. Molly pilots initiatives that direct corporate talent toward focused areas of community need, such as disaster preparedness and the nonprofit leadership gap.
Molly brings to her role extensive experience in skills-based volunteering program design and management. Prior to assuming the role of Associate Director, she worked as a Consultant at Common Impact to create, run, and scale pro bono programs that have collectively delivered over 400 capacity-building projects to nonprofits, generating upwards of $3.5 million dollars in value for social sector agencies. Molly has presented on corporate social responsibility strategy and trends at a number of industry conferences including CR Magazine’s Commit Forum, the Points of Light Conference, VolunteerMatch Summit, and the Massachusetts Conference on Volunteerism.
Before joining Common Impact, Molly held roles in program delivery, development, and operations at a number of Greater Boston nonprofit organizations and completed an Americorps fellowship with New Sector Alliance. A proud humanities major, Molly holds a B.A. in history, summa cum laude, from Tufts University.
