As an Associate Consultant, Strategy at Common Impact, Molly builds coalitions that unite businesses and social sector organizations to achieve sustainable social change. Molly works closely with Common Impact’s nonprofit clients to design, manage and evaluate capacity-building engagements with the support of skills-based volunteer teams.
Molly’s previous experience working at a number of Greater Boston nonprofit organizations exposed her to the vitality of the social sector, as well as its need for critical capacity-building resources. Her search for an innovative approach to address those challenges brought her to New Sector Alliance, an Americorps fellowship program that enhances the social sector by engaging young professionals in strategy consulting for high-impact nonprofits. Molly brings this consulting skillset to her work at Common Impact, where she builds and facilitates cross-sector collaborations that leverage the talents of non-profit and for-profit professionals to strengthen companies and communities.
Molly holds a B.A. in history and political science, summa cum laude, from Tufts University. She studied abroad for a year at universities in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Seville, Spain.
