As a Project Consultant at Common Impact, Elif assists corporate and nonprofit partners in meeting their shared goals for social impact. In her work designing and implementing customized and sustainable cross-sector programs, she ensures communication and coordination between diverse stakeholders.
Elif supports nonprofits by identifying and crafting strategic volunteer projects that will strengthen their core competencies. She aligns these projects with the employee development and social engagement objectives of Common Impact’s corporate partners through targeted skills-based volunteering initiatives.
Elif brings to Common Impact experience in the legal and commercial fields, which exposed her to pro bono work, ethical business practices and marketing. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University. Her studies in human rights and economics, as well as her research on social enterprise and community building allow her to complement the analytical and technical expertise of the Common Impact team.
